At first move him only two or three steps. Keep attentive and give instructions. Use good review "yes", "almost ", " can do it" etc. It will make him inspired.
Practice with instructions
Now after moveing two or three steps it is high time to practice with instructions. Give him instructions like "come ". Then he will be try to go near you. This time make him very attentive to you so that he can do it. After passing few steps you can catch him and do this one by one.
Practice on leash outside
Now move him from leash inside from outside. But don’t take him in a long distance. In a short distance you can do it.
Practice on long distance
Now hope that he can walk on leash very well. Now practice him on a long distance. Take him and move him a long distance in the leash. This time your dog will get a good skill and he can easyly walk on leash.
After moveing teach him about run on the leash.
